How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the US typically arrives in 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, email us at hello@driftwell.co with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are your essential oils safe to use in any diffuser?

Our essential oils are 100% pure and steam-distilled. They are compatible with any ultrasonic diffuser. We recommend 3–5 drops per session. Essential oils are for aromatic use only — do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use.

How do I care for my Nodpod Body Pod or Eye Mask?

Nodpod products are machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dry on low. The weighted beads are encased in a separate inner pod, so they stay evenly distributed through washing.

How does the ceramic ultrasonic diffuser work?

The diffuser uses ultrasonic vibrations to turn water and essential oil into a fine, cool mist — no heat, no flame. Fill the reservoir with water, add 3–5 drops of oil, and choose your run time (4-hour continuous or 8-hour intermittent). The diffuser covers rooms up to 500 square feet.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are working on a signature gift wrapping option. In the meantime, every order ships with our branded packaging — tissue paper, a sealed insert card, and considered presentation. It is already gift-ready.

Can I buy DriftWell products as a gift?

Yes. Our Curated Sets collection is designed specifically for gifting. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address. We do not include pricing information in packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is planned for later in 2026.
