We take care with every order — from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, including a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after fulfillment.
Delivery windows are estimates. Occasional carrier delays — particularly during peak seasons — can extend transit times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out and we will look into it right away.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, DriftWell ships within the contiguous United States only. We are not currently able to fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.
International shipping is on our horizon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know when it becomes available.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@driftwell.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we will make it right.
DriftWell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier first — and then reaching out to us if the issue is unresolved.
