How to start a return

Email us at hello@driftwell.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization; unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Approved returns are sent to:

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when an item arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; DriftWell is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@driftwell.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for the full return value, issued immediately upon inspection. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
