Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after fulfillment.
Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays — particularly during peak seasons — can occasionally extend transit times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use it to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, reach out and we will look into it right away.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, DriftWell ships within the contiguous United States only. We are not currently able to fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.
International shipping is on our horizon — join our email list to be the first to know when it becomes available.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@driftwell.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we will make it right.
DriftWell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier first — then reaching out to us if the issue remains unresolved.
Returns
Our Return Policy
We want you to feel completely at ease with every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
To be accepted for return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items — clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Items that show signs of use or have been damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@driftwell.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. DriftWell is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You may choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for the full return value, issued immediately upon inspection
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.
